Please carefully read the following our Terms and Conditions, and you might want to keep it for your reference.

*We might have some minor updates on our Terms and Conditions in May and we will send you an update one more time which you will need to agree on it again. 

 

The terms and policies help to regulate the bookings at CosmoCamping and to keep the campground safe and clean. Please go through our terms and conditions below carefully and make sure you are agreed with them.

You must be at least 18 years old to book at CosmoCamping, if you are under 18 years old please book with guardians, otherwise, you will not be permitted to stay.

Customer Photo ID and Credit Card must be presented upon check-in. A pre-authorized security deposit is required and will be released upon check-out assuming there has been no damage to the rental site. Cosmo Camping reserves the right to charge the deposit if there is damage or stolen caused to the campsite property during the length of your stay. 

 

In order to ensure your campsite, we require the full amount owed for your stay to be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. 

 

Minimum Stay Policy:

A 2-night minimum stay will be required on the weekend bookings.

A 3-night minimum stay will be required on the holiday bookings.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to make a cancellation or change to your booking.

You may cancel your booking at least 14 days before check-in to avoid cancellation penalties.

Canceling your booking between 7 to 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% charge of your booking to your credit card.

Cancellation received within 7 days before check-in will be subject to a full charge of your booking to your credit card.

OR, the credit will be issued for your next stay, the credit can be redeemed once only.

 

Refunds will not be issued for environmental factors.

 

Payment Options:

We accept Visa and MasterCard for online booking and any purchase on the campsite. We do not accept cash at this time.

For seasonal bookings, please contact us by phone or email directly. 

 

Payment:

All prices listed on the CampSpot Booking System are per unit per night (GST/HST are not included), taxes will be charged at the final payment.

 

Registration:

All campers and visitors must register upon arrival. The registration change is for one camping unit and one vehicle per site. There is a charge for additional vehicles on the site. 

 

Fob:

Transient customers are permitted to have one gate key fob for each unit on the site for entering the park. You will need to pay for the fob if the fob is damaged or lost.

Visitors are not allowed to have a key fob.

Tailgating the vehicle in front of you will damage the gate and your vehicle, which you will be liable for.

 

Visitors/Guests:

All guests visiting must register and pay a visitor fee at the office, upon entering the park. Any visitor in the park after 11 pm must pay the overnight fee, except any visitor who holds a season pass.

Unregistered Park visitors that do not register before entering the Park are trespassing on private property and will be removed from the premises. Access to amenities are privileges extended only to registered guests and paying visitors. In addition to the regular admission price, $20.00 will be charged per person that is not registered at the office BEFORE entering the park.

 

Check-in & Check-out:

You will receive the confirmation letter once your booking is confirmed with us, and more details of the Check-in information will be included in the confirmation letter.

Please be aware of our office hours, if you really need a late check-in after the reception office closes please give us a notification by phone or email 24 hours prior to check-in so we can make arrangements. 

The check-in time will be 3 pm on the date you book.

The check-out time will be 12pm on the date you depart. Late check-out may result in an extra $50/per hour charge to your credit card.

Facilities, Amenities & Grounds:

Any facilities and amenities on the Cosmo Camping campground are only provided to the campers who stay with us.

 

Pets:

We are a Pet-friendly campsite with no extra charge, enjoy your time with your pet! However, CosmoCamping ensures every camper stays at a tidy place, therefore, an $50 cleaning fee will be charged at your final payment if pet waste is founded in the tents, RV, or cottages, or at any facilities or amenities. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and never left unattended. All pet litter must be cleaned up promptly by the owners. Pets are not allowed in the pool, playground, and picnic areas. 

 

Swimming Pool:

Pool rules are posted at the pool. There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. 

Pool hours are 10 AM -8 PM everyday. *Subject to change. 

The pool cannot operate in the rain! 

 

Motorbikes:

Motorbikes are NOT permitted - except for transportation and operated by a licensed driver and only then upon permission of management. This includes mini bikes, ATVs, golf carts and/or electric tor vehicles. 

 

Fireworks:

Fireworks are not permitted by guests. 

 

Fire Ban:

In the event of a fire ban, campfires are not permitted at any time, charcoal or wood-burning barbeques may not be used.

 

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time during the quiet hours, otherwise, it will cause a $50 penalty. 

 

Liability:

Campers should acknowledge and understand that they stay at Cosmo Camping for experiencing a rustic, wild way of life.  And Cosmo Camping cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or death at Cosmo Camping Campsite, such as contact with poison oak or bugs, contact with wildlife, and contact with COVID-19). The waiver of liability form should be read and signed by every camper before they get to the site.

 

Privacy Policy

Cosmo Camping utmostly respects the personal information of every camper and we have developed this Privacy Policy for the collection and use of personal information by Cosmo Camping Cabins Inc. Every camper’s personal information will be stored electronically on our computer servers without any copy, Cosmo Camp does not give, sell or transfer any of this important information.

Your personal information consists of your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, types of accommodation, dates book with us.

 

Why do we collect your personal information?

Cosmo Camping collects your personal information to process the bookings on the campsite, to deliver the products you purchase from us, to keep you updated about our new sites, new products, or promotion.
