Q: What is the Check-in and Check-out time?

You will receive the confirmation letter once your booking is confirmed with us, and more details of the check-in information will be included in the confirmation letter.

Please be aware that our reception and gate close at 9 pm, if you really need a late check-in after 9 pm please give us a notification by phone or email 24 hours prior to check-in so we can arrange for our staff to check you in.

The check-in time will be 4 pm on the date you book.

The check-out time will be 12 pm on the date you depart. Late check-out may result in an extra $50 charge to your credit card.
Q: What size trailers fit on your lots? Are they pull through or back in?

Some of our lots fit up to 45ft trailers. We have NO pull-through sites, only back-in!
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins but we cannot guarantee sites will be available. We DO NOT accept walk-ins on long weekends (including Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, or Labour Day weekends).
Q: When do you open and close for the season?

We open in May and close in October every year.
Q: I forgot to apply the discount code, can I apply it now?

No. We cannot apply the discount after you have already made your reservation.
Q: Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we are pet friendly. Conditions may apply and please check our "Term & Policies" page for more details.
Q: Do you sell ice or wood?

Yes, you can purchase ice and wood at the camp store.
Q: Do you have a dump station?

Yes, we do have a dump station for you to use free of charge with your reservation.
Q: Can I still book the Seasonal Camping after the campground close for the season?

Yes, we do accept booking of Seasonal Camping during the time we close.
