  • Q: What is open with COVID-19?
    A: Our washrooms, front pool, jumping pillow, play structure, and sports nets are all operational. The pool has a limit of 10/persons in and at the pool until further notice. Pool time is by-appointment-only and can be made the day of in the office.

 

  • Q: What is the Check-in and Check-out time?

         A: You will receive the confirmation letter once your booking is confirmed with us, and more details of the Check-in                     information will be included in the confirmation letter.

         Please be aware that our reception and gate close at 9 pm, if you really need a late check-in after 9 pm please give us             a notification by phone or email 24 hours prior to check-in so we can arrange for our staff to check you in.

         The check-in time will be 4 pm on the date you book.

         The check-out time will be 12 pm on the date you depart. Late check-out may result in an extra $50 charge to your                   credit card.

  • Q: Am I required to wear a mask?

         A: YES. Every camper must wear a mask or face covering before entering any indoor spaces on the campsite, stay at             least two metres apart from everyone else who is not your household. Every family should keep order to use the                         amenities or entertainments to prevent social gathering.

  • Q: I have been exposed to COVID-19 and cannot come for my reservation. Can I get a refund?

​         A: Please contact us by phone or email to discuss further.

  • Q: What size trailers fit on your lots? Are they pull through or back in?
    A: Our lots fit maximum of 40ft trailers. We have NO pull-through sites, only back-in!

  • Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
    A: We accept walk-ins but we cannot guarantee sites will be available. We DO NOT accept walk-ins on long weekends (including Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, or Labour Day weekends).

  • Q: When do you open and close for the season?
    A: We open the second Friday in May and close Thanksgiving Monday every year. (Date may vary due to COVID-19)

  • Q: I forgot to apply the discount code, can I apply it now?
    A: No. We cannot apply the discount after you have already made your reservation.

  • Q: What is included with the site?
    A: Please check out our "Spaces" page for detailed site booking information.

  • Q: Are you pet-friendly?
    A: Yes, we are pet friendly. Conditions may apply and please check our "Term & Policies" page for more details.

  • Q: Do you sell ice or wood?
    A: Yes, you can purchase ice and wood at the reception office

  • Q: Do you have a dump station?
    A: Yes, we do have a dump station for you to use free of charge with your reservation.
